REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged or defective item, wrong product,  we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product.  You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. But some conditions apply. Those are:


RETURN POLICY


  • Within 7 days after the product is received.

  • Order must be checked in front of the delivery person.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.

  • Proof of purchase order number or invoice.


Note: If there is any problem from our side we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges, or Refund otherwise the customer has to bear the return shipping expense.

  

            REFUND POLICY


  • It will take 3 business days to verify the issue and after verification if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded.


If the Claim is not Match on our Return Policy Cosmetics Parlour will not be liable to exchange or Refund the money.
